    Boiler System

    A boiler combi oven features a dedicated internal tank that heats water separately to produce steam before releasing it into the cooking chamber.

    What this means for your kitchen:

    • Delivers strong, consistent steam output

    • Suitable for continuous steam cooking
    • Performs well in busy restaurants, hotels and catering environments

    Because steam is generated in a separate boiler, it tends to provide more powerful and stable results during long cooking cycles.

    Injector System

    An injector system creates steam by spraying water directly onto a heated element or fan inside the oven cavity. Steam is produced instantly as needed.

    Benefits include:

    • Lower upfront cost
    • Faster heat-up times
    • Reduced maintenance requirements
    • Greater energy efficiency

    Injector systems are often well suited to cafés, bakeries and light-to-medium commercial use where continuous heavy steaming is not required.
