As standard, all variants in the P500 series feature an easyto-operate LCD display with intuitive colour scheme. The settings for detergent and rinse aid consumption, as well as the ventilation of the dosing devices can be individually adjusted by the user to correspond perfectly to the particular dishwashing requirements in every kitchen.

 

This means you get an easy-to-use machine with a high washing capacity and optimum washing results. This machine is also optionally available with a built-in water softener. All the features of the P500 with the additional a rinse booster pump and higher boiler rating for quick recovery time. 

 

Each P500DUO machine includes three 500 x 500 baskets: one for plates, one for cups and bowls, and one cutlery rack.

Boiler System

A boiler combi oven features a dedicated internal tank that heats water separately to produce steam before releasing it into the cooking chamber.

Injector System

An injector system creates steam by spraying water directly onto a heated element or fan inside the oven cavity. Steam is produced instantly as needed.
